Prices for Residential Properties in Berlin still low!

Prices for residential properties in Berlin are compared to other German cities still low and even below the German average in 2015. This price situation is historically based. However, due to the continuous growth of the Berliner population of 7% between the years 2000 and 2014 (according to the population forecast of the Berlin Senate for urban development and environment) and due to another growth of 7.5% forecasted for the years between 2015 and 2030, further increases of prices for residential properties in Berlin are anticipated.
